The information provided by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is delivered to you as is without any modification, concealment, changes or omissions. Upon the successful transfer of the electronic or paper files to you, the files are destroyed (deleted) after 25 days to protect your privacy.

All electronic information obtained from you is handled and stored in accordance with the The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Payments

The prices for our services are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment for services must be made in accordance with payment terms and conditions specified on our website. You are responsible for taxes or duties imposed on the services provided to you.

Caipsnotes.ca is currently accepting payments by Credit and Debit cards issued by leading financial institutions like, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and other payment options like PayPal, AliPay and ApplePay, Googlepay under Stripe services . If you are unable to make a payment with any of the above mentioned, we would be happy to accommodate you needs by offering wire transfer, and other modes of payment as per your convenience. All payments made are subject to clearance and you are bound by the terms and conditions as set by the respective payment gateways used by Caipsnote.ca.

All content , trademarks, logos and intellectual property rights on our website and related materials are the property of CAIPSNOTE.CA or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, or use any content from our website or services without prior written consent from CAIPSNOTE.CA

Refunds

All transactions are non-refundable. This includes cases where the requested information is delayed or refused under the law by any federal agency. Only in exceptional cases where a payment has been made, but the request has not yet been filed with a federal agency, Caipsnote.ca may consider refunds on a case by case basis, taking into account the reason cited for seeking the refund.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

Disputes

We at Caipsnote.ca are here to assist you in obtaining information from the Canadian Agencies and will strive to accommodate your requests and process them as fast as we can. If a dispute arises out of, or in connection with this Contract, the parties agree to meet to pursue resolution through negotiation or other appropriate dispute resolution process before resorting to litigation.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. The parties shall submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in the Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
